  • Aktuell suchen wir für unseren renommierten Kunden in Ennigerloh einen CNC-Fräser (m/w/d) ab 20€ / Std. zur langfristigen Unterstützung mit Übernahmeoption.

Ihre täglichen Aufgaben

  • Einrichtung und Bedienung von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • Durchführung von Maschinenprogrammierungen oder Anpassungen von Programmen
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses, um Maßhaltigkeit und Qualität zu gewährleisten
  • Durchführung von Maschinenwartung und -pflege
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen mit Messmitteln (z. B. Mikrometer, Messschieber)
  • Fertigung von Bauteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen und CAD-Daten
  • Auswahl und Montage der erforderlichen Werkzeuge und Materialien
  • Durchführung von Erstmusterprüfungen und Anpassungen
  • Protokollierung und Dokumentation der Fertigungsdaten
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen an Maschinen

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Facharbeiter, idealerweise als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder CNC-Fräser
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der CNC-Technik und den gängigen Steuerungen (z. B. Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc)
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung von CNC-Fräsmaschinen (z. B. G-Code, CAD/CAM-Systeme)
  • Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Werkstoffen, insbesondere Metallen, Kunststoffen und Legierungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln wie Mikrometern, Messschiebern, Lehren und 3D-Koordinatenmessgeräten
  • Technisches Verständnis für technische Zeichnungen, Fertigungspläne und CAD-Daten
  • Kenntnisse in der Werkzeugauswahl und -handhabung für verschiedene Fräsoperationen
  • Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen für höhere Effizienz und Qualität
  • Kenntnisse in der Maschinenwartung und -pflege, um Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren
