Deine Aufgaben

  • Programmieren, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • Heidenhaim Steuerungen: TNC 530, TNC 640, Millplus
  • Fertigung von Präzisionsbauteilen für Hydraulikzylinder nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Maßprüfungen während der Fertigung
  • Optimierung von Bearbeitungsprozessen hinsichtlich Qualität und Effizienz
  • Wartung und Pflege der eingesetzten Maschinen und Werkzeuge

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/-in (Fachrichtung Frästechnik) oder Vergleichbares
  • Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Fräsmaschinen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (Früh- & Spätschicht)
