Unser Familienunternehmen gehört zu den weltweit führenden Herstellern von Gewindeteilen und beschäftigt zurzeit rund 60 Mitarbeiter. Die Produkte, die wir fertigen, kommen in höchst anspruchsvollen Anwendungen zum Einsatz.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen CNC-Fräser (m/w/d) mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der selbstständigen Einrichtung und vollständigen Programmierung von Fräsmaschinen .

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständiges Einrichten und Erstellen von CNC-Programmen mit Siemens 840d-Steuerung
  • Optimieren und Anpassen bestehender Programme
  • Herstellung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach Zeichnung
  • Überwachung der Bearbeitungsprozesse und Qualitätskontrolle

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als CNC-Fräser
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in der eigenständigen Programmerstellung mit Siemens 840d-Steuerung
  • Erfahrung in der Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien
  • Selbstständige, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis und Qualitätsbewusstsein
