AUFGABEN:

  • Programmierung & Fertigung: Du übernimmst das Programmieren, Rüsten und Fertigen von Einzelteilen sowie Kleinserien an modernen CNC-Maschinen mit Heidenhain-Steuerung.
  • Fertigung nach Maß: Du rüstest bestehende Programme selbstständig und stellst Einzelteile exakt nach Zeichnungsvorgaben her.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Qualifikation: Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Du bringst bereits praktische Erfahrung an Fräsmaschinen mit Heidenhain-Steuerung (iTNC / MillPlus) mit und kannst technische Zeichnungen mühelos lesen sowie interpretieren.
  • Wünschenswerte Extras: Idealerweise bist du in der Lage, auf Basis einer Zeichnung den optimalen Fertigungsablauf mit den zugehörigen Werkzeugen selbstständig festzulegen und auf Heidenhain-Steuerungen zu programmieren.
