DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Einrichtung, Rüstung und Bedienung moderner CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Programmierung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen
  • Selbstständige Auswahl und Vermessung von Werkzeugen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Maßprüfungen
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich CNC-Frästechnik
  • Kenntnisse in Siemens- und/oder Mazak-Steuerungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
