CNC-Fräser (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von CNC-Frästeilen nach technischen Zeichnungen, Arbeitsplänen und CNC-Programmen
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von CNC-Bearbeitungsprogrammen direkt an der Maschine oder im CAM-System
  • Auswahl, Einrichtung und Voreinstellung der benötigten Werkzeuge für den Fertigungsprozess
  • Durchführung von Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen der gefertigten Werkstücke mit gängigen Messmitteln
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitäts- und termingerechten Fertigung sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Bearbeitungsprozesse

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker Fachrichtung Frästechnik, Industriemechaniker mit Schwerpunkt Zerspanung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bedienen und Einrichten von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
