👉 CNC-Fräser (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen (3- bis 5-Achs)
  • Fertigung von hochpräzisen Einzelteilen und Kleinserien für den Werkzeug- und Formenbau
  • Anpassen und Optimieren von CAM-Programmen (Hypermill)
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Bauteile nach Zeichnung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, CAM-Programmierung und Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), CNC-Fräser (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fräsen von Einzelteilen, idealerweise im Werkzeug- oder Formenbau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAM-Systemen – besonders Hypermill wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Präzision, Eigenverantwortung und technisches Verständnis
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-/Spätschicht)
