Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Programmieren, Steuerung und Bedienen unserer HSC Fräs-/ Erodierzelle (Zimmer+Kreim- und Röders- Maschinen)
  • Vorteilhaft Programmieren in Power Mill
  • Konstruktion von Elektroden und Modellierung von Flächen mittels CAD (PowerShape)
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen (u.a. Rastermessen) mittels 3D-Messmaschinen
  • Festlegung von Fertigungsfolgen/ -Verfahren (HSC-Fräsen und Senkerodieren)
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Programmen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im CNC Bereich Metall als Industriemechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker
  • oder ähnliche Qualifikation mit Erfahrung
  • Praxisbewährte Berufserfahrung im Aufgabenbereich CNC-Fräsen und Grundkenntnisse im Senkerodieren
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD/CAM
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Interesse an technisch anspruchsvollen Aufgaben mit modernster Technik
  • Über in medio Personal
