Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen (z. B. Heidenhain)
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Optimierung von Bearbeitungsprozessen zur Qualitäts- und Effizienzsteigerung
  • Durchführung von Maßkontrollen und Qualitätssicherung
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung und Erfahrung mit gängigen Steuerungen
  • Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
