Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten, Ein­fah­ren und Be­dienen von Bear­beitungs­zentren (5-Achs-Bear­beitung mit HEIDENHAIN-Steuerungen)
  • Fertigung von Klein­serien und Einzel­teilen sowie das NC-Pro­gram­mieren mit GibbsCAM
  • Kontinuierliche Über­wachung des Fer­tigungs­pro­zesses unter Ein­satz von Prüf­mitteln und Quali­täts­sicherungs­ver­fahren

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Metallbereich
  • Fundierte CNC-Kenntnisse: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rüsten und Bedienen von 5-Achs-Fräszentren
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von HEIDENHAIN-Steuerungen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von NC-Programmen mittels GibbsCAM
  • Routinierter Umgang mit gängigen Mess- und Prüfmitteln sowie das sichere Lesen komplexer technischer Zeichnungen
