Für unseren Kunden in der Nähe von Schongau suchen wir einen CNC-Fräser (m/w/d) , der mit technischem Know-how, Präzision und Verantwortungsbewusstsein die Produktion aktiv mitgestaltet und für reibungslose Abläufe sorgt.

Das erwartet Dich:

  • Eigenverantwortliches Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen und Fertigen präziser Bauteile nach Zeichnung
  • Durchführen von Rüstvorgängen, Anpassungen und Werkzeugwechseln zur Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse
  • Überwachen und Steuern der Maschinen gemäß Vorgaben und Prüfplänen zur Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards
  • Umsetzen qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen durch routinierten Umgang mit Messmitteln für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf

Das erwarten Wir:

  • Berufserfahrung im CNC-Fräsen (3-Achs-Fräsmaschine mit Siemens 840D Steuerung)
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Engagement für kontinuierliche Verbesserung und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
