  • Einrichtung und Rüstung von 5-Achs-CNC-Fräsmaschinen des Herstellers DMG Mori mit Heidenhain-Steuerung (ITNC 530)
  • Erstellung von CNC-Fertigungsprogrammen nach Zeichnungen
  • Herstellung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien an CNC-gesteuerten Fräsmaschinen bzw. Überwachung des Produktionsablaufes
  • Prüfung der gefertigten Werkstücke nach Zeichnungs- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Messungen und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen gemäß Vorgaben und/oder Wartungsplan
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungs-/Industrie-/Feinwerkmechaniker, Werkzeugmacher oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung als 5-Achs-CNC-Fräser und in der Bedienung von Bearbeitungszentren
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen Steuerungssystemen (vorzugsweise mit Fräsmaschinen des Herstellers DMG DMU)
  • Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung (idealerweise CAD/CAM und Master-CAM)
  • Erfahrung im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Sorgfältige, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-/Spätschicht)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
