## Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie als CNC-Fräser (m/w/d)

Wir sind ein im Raum Lindau am Bodensee ansässiges Produktionsunternehmen und seit über 10 Jahren im Bereich CNC Fertigung Fräsen, Drehen, Schweißen und Lackieren als Zulieferer für Industrie und Sondermaschinenbau tätig. Für unsere Kunden fertigen wir zudem Prototypenteile mit höchster Qualität und Perfektion.

Aufgaben:

  • Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen 3 und 5 Achs (HAAS und HEIDENHAIN ITNC530 Steuerung)
  • Herstellung von Einzelteilen und Kleinstserien nach Technischen Zeichnungen
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitäts- und Maßkontrollen an der Maschine
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Fräsbearbeitung

Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (CNC-Fräser, Zerspannungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmacher)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Programmierung (HEIDENHAIN ITNC 5309
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
