Aufgaben

  • Selbstorganisatorische Durchführung der Rüstarbeiten und Einrichten der zu bearbeitenden Werkstücke
  • Bearbeiten der Bauteile nach CNC-Programm, Abgleich und Optimierung mit technischen Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Proaktives Mitwirken bei Verbesserungsprogrammen
  • Reinigung und Wartung der Maschine
  • Selbstständiger Umgang mit Kran, Hubarbeitsbühnen und Hebezeugen
  • Beachtung arbeitsschutzrechtlicher Vorschriften

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, Fräser oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung sowie im Umgang mit Fräswerkzeugen und deren optimaler Verwendung
  • Vorerfahrungen mit der Steuerung Siemens wünschenswert
  • Belastbarkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein, eigenständiges und engagiertes Arbeiten sowie Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im Wechselschichtbetrieb (38 h/Woche)
