  • Fertigung anspruchsvoller Präzisionsteile auf modernen CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen der CNC-Maschinen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Arbeiten mit und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen
  • Auswahl und Einsatz geeigneter Werkzeuge und Schnittdaten
  • Durchführung von Maß-, Sicht- und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses sowie Erkennen und Beheben von Fertigungsproblemen
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an den eingesetzten Maschinen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf, beispielsweise als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, CNC-Fachkraft oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung als CNC-Fräser, CNC-Einrichter oder Maschinenbediener im Bereich CNC-Fräsen ist von Vorteil
  • Gutes Verständnis für Zerspanung, Werkzeuge, Schnittdaten und technische Zeichnungen
  • Erfahrung beim Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude an präziser Fertigung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
