In dieser Position bist du für die Programmierung, Einrichtung und Bedienung von modernen CNC-Fräsmaschinen verantwortlich (DMU 50/DMU 70).

Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Fertigungsteam zusammen, um hochpräzise Bauteile für verschiedene Branchen herzustellen

Die Position umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten :

  • Programmierung: Erstellung, Optimierung und Anpassung von CNC-Fräsprogrammen basierend auf technischen Zeichnungen und Kundenanforderungen.
  • Einrichtung: Vorbereitung der Maschinen für den Fräsvorgang, einschließlich der Werkzeugauswahl, Spannvorrichtungen und Materialvorbereitung.
  • Bedienung: Überwachung des Fräsvorgangs, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktion reibungslos abläuft und die geforderten Qualitätsstandards erfüllt werden.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Durchführung regelmäßiger Prüfungen, um die Maßgenauigkeit und Oberflächengüte der gefertigten Bauteile sicherzustellen.
  • Wartung: Pflege und Instandhaltung der Maschinen.
