DEINE AUFGABE

  • Technische Zeichnungen lesen und sicher umsetzen
  • CNC-Fräsmaschinen selbstständig einrichten und rüsten
  • Werkzeuge, Spannmittel und Bearbeitungsstrategien wählen
  • Arbeiten mit Heidenhain-, MAZAK- und FANUC-Steuerungen
  • Bauteile prüfen: Maße, Toleranzen und Qualität sicherstellen
  • Werkstücke vom Einzelteil bis zur Serie fertigen
  • Erfahrung einbringen, wenn sich etwas cleverer fertigen lässt

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industrie- oder Werkzeugmechaniker (oder vergleichbar)
  • Entscheidend ist vor allem, was du an der Maschine kannst
  • Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen, Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen
  • Wissen zu Werkzeugen, Spanntechnik, Schnittwerten, Toleranzen, Oberflächen
  • Erfahrung mit Heidenhain, MAZAK und/oder FANUC von Vorteil
  • Die Fähigkeit mitzudenken – und es auch zu tun
