Production Castings, Inc. is hiring dependable CNC Machine Operators for our 2nd shift . This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or machine operating experience who wants to build their CNC machining skills and grow with an established manufacturer .

You don’t need to be a CNC machinist or programmer. We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, quality-focused, and ready to learn.

What You’ll Do

• •Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts
• •Load and unload parts and maintain production flow
• •Perform in-process quality checks
• •Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• •Monitor machines and recognize changes that could affect part quality
• •Make basic adjustments as trained and authorized
• •Identify and report tooling, quality, or equipment issues
• •Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• •Keep your work area clean and organized

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• •Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• •CNC experience is a plus, but we’re willing to develop the right person
• •Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• •Ability to use or learn precision measuring tools
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• •Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• •Desire to learn new skills and grow within the company
