CNC Machinist - Precision Manufacturing

Your Responsibilities:
Precision CNC Operation: Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to produce precision parts according to complex blueprints and specifications.
Program Optimization: Interpret and refine G-code and M-code programming, and utilize Mastercam to generate and modify CNC programs.
Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators), ensuring adherence to strict tolerances.
Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine machine maintenance, ensuring optimal performance.
Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and implement process improvements.
Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies.
What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum 10 years of hands-on CNC Machinist experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven proficiency in operating CNC milling and lathe machines.
Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
5+ year of dedicated mill experience.
Expertise in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
Proficiency with Mastercam software.
Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to pass a background check.
