We will train you from the ground up to become a world-class CNC Machinist, using exotic alloys to make components used in military helicopters and commercial aircraft. Oh, and did we mention that you will be paid from day 1? You can look forward to starting at $16.01 an hour and eligibility for pay increases every 3 months from there! You can also count on your health insurance premiums to be 100% covered by us. You will experience exceptional job stability and fulfilling, exciting projects to work on. You’ll be spending you days in a clean, well lit, climate-controlled facility that is employee owned.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), some related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form.
Ability to perform statistical process control input and interpret statistical data to compensate for machining deviation. Ability to perform mathematical calculations on fractions, percentages, decimals, and machine speeds/feeds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; and regularly required to stand; handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must adhere to all said policies and procedures while supporting the goals and objectives of the organization and recognize the Company’s need to achieve its business objective. Employee is responsible for complying with Company hazardous waste disposal procedures.
