## Aufgaben

  • Bestücken und Rüsten von Maschinen, Aufrufen und Starten der CNC-Programme sowie Erkennen und Beheben von kleinen Maschinenstörungen
  • Turnusmäßige Rotation von Maschine zu Maschine (Plasma-Schneidanlage, Trumpf Stanz-Laser-Zentrum und Bohr- und Sägezentrum)
  • Regelmäßiges Kontrollieren der bearbeiteten Werkstücke hinsichtlich Qualität
  • Kennzeichnen der bearbeiteten Bauteile gemäß der vorliegenden technischen Zeichnungen
  • Durchführung einfacher Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

## Profil

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Konstruktionsmechaniker, (Stahl-, Metall-, Bau-) Schlosser, Metallbauer oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Neue Herausforderung?: Quereinsteiger sind jederzeit willkommen
  • Branchenerfahrung: Erfahrung im Bereich der Metallbearbeitung wünschenswert
  • Technische Affinität: Erfahrung, technisches Verständnis und Selbstvertrauen im Umgang mit CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen
  • Soft-Skills: Freude an eigenverantwortlicher Arbeit in Verbindung mit einem hohen Maß an Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb und zur regelmäßigen Rotation von Maschine zu Maschine
