Die Standard-Metallwerke GmbH ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen, das mit über 400 Mitarbeitern Präzisionsrohre aus Aluminium und Kupfer, sowie Rohrkomponenten für Leitungssysteme (Automobil) und Flachleiter für die moderne Stromversorgung produziert.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin

Maschinen- und Anlagenführer / Zerspanungsmechaniker (w/m/d)

auf Vollzeitbasis mit Schichtbereitschaft.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung einer CNC gesteuerten Maschine
  • Vermessung und Einstellung von Werkzeugen
  • Herstellung von Teilen in Serienfertigung
  • Beschicken der Anlage / Entnahme des Materials / Verpacken des Materials
  • Entnahme von Vorproben und Oberflächenbegutachtung der Rohre / Prüfen von Teilen
  • An- / Abmelden von Kundenaufträgen mittels Betriebsdatenerfassung
  • Durchführen von einfachen Wartungsarbeiten / Vorbereiten und Rüsten
  • Wechseln von Werkzeugen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Kuka Robotern wünschenswert
  • Der /Die Berwerber*in sollte eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf idealerweise als Zerspanungsmechaniker*in besitzen.
  • Nach der Einarbeitung muss er\*sie in der Lage sein, Arbeiten selbstständig und verantwortungsvoll durchzuführen. Außerdem erwarten wir die Bereitschaft zur Wechsel- und Dreifachschicht, sowie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
