Deine Aufgaben

Einrichten der CNC- Bearbeitungsmaschine:

Werkstücke spannen, Nullpunkteinstellung vornehmen. Programm aus Datenspeicher aufrufen und einlesen

Bedienen der CNC- Bearbeitungsmaschine:

Programm schrittweise an der Maschine abfahren, ggf. Korrekturwerte in die Steuerung eingeben (Werkzeug-Daten). Arbeitsschritt fertig melden (über Barcode, Abstempeln, menügeführte Erfassungsgeräte)

Prüfen/ Nacharbeiten:

Maßgenauigkeit, Beschaffenheit und Vollständigkeit der Werkstücke kontrollieren, Abweichungen dem Vorgesetzten melden, Nacharbeit wie z.B. Entgraten

Dein Profil

  • Du besitzt von Natur aus eine freundliche und positive Ausstrahlung, arbeitest effizient, zuverlässig und ehrlich
  • Du hast idealerweise eine Ausbildung im Bereich Zerspanung wie z.B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Fräser, Dreher, Industriemechaniker und/ oder bringst einige Berufserfahrungen mit
  • Schichtbereitschaft ist für dich unproblematisch
  • Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse mit handwerklichem und technischem Geschick mit
