Für unseren namhaften Kunden aus dem Raum Memmingen suchen wir aktuell mehrere CNC-Maschinenbediener (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Bedienen, Einrichten und Optimieren von CNC gesteuerten Dreh-, Fräs,- oder Schleifautomaten
  • Einhaltung der Maschinennutzung und der Stückzahlen
  • Regelmäßige Instandhaltung und Wartung der Produktionsanlagen, Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel
  • Qualitätsverantwortung für die gefertigten Produkte anhand der jeweiligen Prüfpläne inkl. Ermittlung und Einhaltung der Prozessfähigkeiten (CMK und CPK) und Messungen
  • Überprüfung, Dokumentation und Einhaltung von Vorgabezeiten, Fertigungspapieren und sonstigen Arbeitsunterlagen

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/-in, CNC-Dreher/-in, CNC-Fräser/-in, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Flexibilität, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Schichtbereitschaft (3-Schicht)
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse, mind. A2/B1-Level
  • Führerschein/PKW
