Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Termingerechte Bearbeitung mechanischer Werkstücke an CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen nach Zeichnung und Programm (ISO-Programme)
  • Bedienung der Maschine - Analyse von Störungen sowie Behebung von Störungsursachen
  • Rüstung der Maschine - Einsatz von Werkzeugen, Spannmitteln und Hilfsstoffen nach technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
  • Einstellung und Auswechslung der Werkzeuge
  • Änderung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen (ISO-Programme)
  • Eigene Erstellung von CNC-Programmen (Werkstattprogrammierung)

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker
  • Stellenrelevante Praxiserfahrung im CNC-Drehen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mitCNC-Steuerungen Mazak Mazatrol oder Siemens
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office sowie SAP
  • Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrft
