CNC-Maschinenbediener (m/w/d)

Standort: Malsch

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Überwachung der laufenden Produktion und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Selbstständiges Bedienen moderner CNC-Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Arbeiten an CNC-Maschinen, unter anderem TC 6000 L
  • Bedienen von CNC-Abkantmaschinen, Bördelmaschinen und Walzen
  • Arbeiten mit einem CNC-Schweißroboter
  • Kontrolle der gefertigten Teile und Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Ihre Kenntnisse:
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen CNC-gesteuerten Blechbearbeitungsmaschinen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich, vorzugsweise im Bereich Umformtechnik
