Wir suchen für einen Kunden in Güglingen eine CNC- Maschinenbediener!

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienen von verschiedenen CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen
  • Messen und Kontrollieren von bearbeiteten Teilen
  • Protokollieren von Erstabnahmen
  • Führen von Kontrollkarten
  • Kleinere Korrekturen an der Steuerung vornehmen
  • Termingerechte Abwicklung von Aufträgen

### Ihr Profil:

  • Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten nach Zeichnung und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industrie- oder Zerspanungsmechaniker, vergleichbare Ausbildung oder langjährige Erfahrung
  • Sicheres Arbeiten mit der Siemens 840 D Steuerung erforderlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln (Schnelltaster, Subito – auch einstellen mit dem Einstellring, Schieblehre, Tiefenmaß, Innentaster)
  • körperliche Belastbarkeit (Teile wiegen zwischen 15 – 18 kg pro Stück)
  • Schichtbereitschaft (Früh/05:00 – 13:00 Uhr), (Spät/13:00 – 21:00), (Nachtschicht/ 21:00 – 05:00 Uhr)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrif t
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigener PKW und Führerschein, da schlechte Anbindung an ÖPNV
  • Kran-Schein (nach Anforderung der Berufsgenossenschaften nach DGUV 52 und 309-003, DGUV 720)
