Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung mechanischer Teile an CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen nach Zeichnungen und Programmen
  • Bedienung und Einrichtung von Maschinen sowie Erkennung und Behebung von Störungen
  • Rüsten der Maschinen, Einsatz von Werkzeugen, Spannmitteln und Hilfsstoffen unter Berücksichtigung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Gesichtspunkte
  • Änderung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen
  • Handhabung des Programmtransfers (DNC-Betrieb)
  • Messung und Kontrolle der Teile, Fehlererkennung und Erstellung von Fehlermeldungen
  • Termingerechte Abarbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene technische, mechanische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit Siemens oder NX/ Heidenhain Steuerung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office von Vorteil
  • Kranschein erforderlich
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
