### 📋 Dein Aufgabengebiet in der Drehtechnik:

  • Präzisionsfertigung: Du bearbeitest mechanische Werkstücke termingerecht an CNC-Drehmaschinen nach Zeichnung und ISO-Programmierung.
  • Programmierung & Optimierung: Du erstellst, änderst und optimierst CNC-Programme selbstständig (Steuerungen: Mazak/Mazatrol und/oder Siemens ).
  • Rüstung & Bedienung: Du rüstest die Maschinen mit Werkzeugen und Spannmitteln, analysierst Störungen und behebst deren Ursachen direkt vor Ort.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du prüfst und misst deine Bauteile eigenständig, dokumentierst Fehler und stimmst dich eng mit deinen Vorgesetzten ab.

### 👤 Das bringst du mit:

  • Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fachwissen: Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Mazak- oder Siemens-Steuerungen und bist sicher im Lesen von Aufbauzeichnungen.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Grundkenntnisse in MS Office und SAP sind von Vorteil.
  • Einstellung: Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ, teamorientiert und bringst eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft für ein modernes Produktionsumfeld mit.
