Die Akzent Personaldienstleistungen GmbH – Niederlassung Gera sucht im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung für Kundenunternehmen aus dem industriellen Umfeld CNC-Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) für Einsätze in der Region Altenburg, Schmölln und Zwickau.

  • Regionale Einsätze

Arbeitszeit

  • Vollzeit
  • 3-Schicht-System

Aufgaben

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen (z. B. Drehen oder Fräsen)
  • Bestücken der Maschinen mit Werkstücken
  • Durchführung von Sicht- und Maßkontrollen der gefertigten Teile
  • Einfache Korrekturen nach Vorgabe
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben

Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung in der CNC-Maschinenbedienung oder in der metallverarbeitenden Produktion wünschenswert
  • Technisches Verständnis und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
  • Führerschein Klasse B und eigener PKW wünschenswert (je nach Einsatzort)
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1
