Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt 2x CNC-Maschineneinrichter\*innen (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

  • Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Mehrspindel-Drehmaschinen der Marken Nakamura & Spinner
  • Störungsanalyse und -behebung
  • Montage, Demontage und Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Bereitschaft zur Maschinenbedienung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Fanuc Steuerung (Programmierkenntnisse sind nichterforderlich, aber wünschenswert)
  • Zeichnungssicheres Arbeiten und Umsetzen technischer Vorgaben
  • Bedienung und Einrichtung von Stangenladern (FMB)
  • Werkzeugvermessung mit Voreinstellgerät (Zoller)
  • Umrüsten, Wartungen und Instandhalten der Maschinen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung und Dokumentation von Wartungsarbeiten
  • Qualitätsprüfungen und -dokumentation mit modernen Prüfverfahren
  • Innerbetrieblicher Materialtransport
  • Mitwirkung bei Inventuren

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker oder Industriemechaniker
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen mit Fanuc-Steuerung
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mehrspindel-Drehmaschinen, Stangenladern und Voreinstellgeräten
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Zeichnungssicheres Arbeiten und Umsetzen technischer Vorgaben
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft O􀆯ice, wie Word & Excel
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Auge fürs Detail
  • Idealerweise Staplerschein
  • Führerschein (Klasse B) und eigener PKW
