Das solltest Du am besten dafür haben:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in, Werkzeugmechaniker:in, Industriemechaniker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung und im Einrichten von CNC-Maschinen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Programmierung (z. B. Siemens Sinumerik 840D) und Bedienung von Anlagen
  • Hohes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Problemlösungsfähigkeit

Das musst Du dafür tun:

  • Betreuung automatisierter Anlagen im Zerspanungsprozess
  • Anpassung bestehender CNC-Programme an den Anlagen
  • Optimierung von Rüstvorgängen und Zerspanungsprozessen
  • Analyse von Fehlerschwerpunkten und Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung von Abstellmaßnahmen in Projektteams
  • Begleitung neuer Maschinen in der Anlaufphase, inklusive Erstmusterfertigung, Musterteileprüfung und ggf. eigenständige Korrektur der Fertigungsparameter
  • Durchführung systematischer Fertigungsversuche zur Verbesserung der Prozessqualität
