Für unseren Kunden in Marktredwitz suchen wir ab sofort einen Maschineneinrichter für CNC-Maschinen (m/w/d).

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • einrichten und umrüsten von modernen, vollautomatischen CNC gesteuerten Federwindeautomaten (Simplex und Wafios)
  • termingerechte Herstellung von Druckfedern
  • Erstellung der CNC-Programme zur kostenoptimierten Herstellung von Druckfedern nach Kundenzeichnung
  • einrichten mechanischer Federwindeautomaten
  • eigenverantwortliche Produktion von kleinen und mittleren Losgrößen
  • überwachen des Qualitätsstandards im Rahmen der festgelegten Prüfabläufe
  • optional kommt das Einrichten von Federendenschleifautomaten zum Tätigkeitsspektrum hinzu
  • Deine Eigenschaften:
  • Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker, Feinmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung mit der Bedienung und Programmerstellung bei CNC gesteuerten Maschinen (Simplex / Wafios) von Vorteil
  • selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • gute technische Auffassungsgabe und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
