Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand is currently hiring CNC Milling Set Up Production Operator for all our 1st Shift.

Pay Range of $24/hour to $30/hour based on experience with overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• •Set up to operate vertical milling machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
• •Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary.
• •Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts and shop orders to plan and check work.
• •Obtain proper set of tools from tool crib, select holders, mount, secure, and check tools for accuracy.
• •Interpret drawings, route sheets, diagrams, specifications and instructions to determine proper operation sequences.
• •Make necessary calculations for tool depth and tool compensation adjustments.
• •Move completed material to next workstation.
• •Maintain clean and safe work environment.

Education and Experience

• •One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• •6 months – 1-year related experience or training.

• •Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• •Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
• •Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers. Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds.

Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.
