Für unseren renommierten Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen CNC-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Bitterfeld im 3-Schichtsystem und in Vollzeit!

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung von CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen in mindestens zwei Bearbeitungsverfahren
  • Einlegen, Spannen, Bearbeiten und Entnehmen von Werkstücken (Quarzglaszylinder)
  • Werkzeugwechsel sowie Erkennen und Beheben kleinerer bzw. bekannter Maschinenstörungen
  • Durchführung von Messungen und Qualitätskontrollen inklusive automatischer 3D-Vermessung und optischer Oberflächenprüfung
  • Dokumentation der Mess- und Prüfergebnisse sowie Materialeröffnung in SAP
  • Reinigung und Pflege der Maschinen sowie Einhaltung der 5S-Standards

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), zur Fachkraft für Metalltechnik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Bearbeitung bzw. CNC-Maschinenbedienung
  • Technisches Verständnis und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schichtsystem mit Wechsel in den Vollkonti-Schichtbetrieb ab 01/2027
