  • Arbeitszeit: 1-Schicht-System mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bedienung unserer CNC-Fräsmaschine mit Heidenhain-Steuerung iTNC 530 / TNC 520
  • Bearbeitung von Werkstücken im 3-, 4- und 5-Achs-Bereich
  • Übernahme und Aufrufen von Programmen aus unserem CAM-System
  • Kontrolle und Einfahren der Programme
  • Werkzeugwechsel und Werkzeugvermessung
  • Durchführung von Werkzeugkorrekturen
  • Anpassung von Werkzeugmaßen und Schnittparametern
  • Kontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke und Sicherstellung der Qualität

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fräsen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Heidenhain-Steuerungen
  • Erfahrung im Einfahren und Korrigieren von CNC-Programmen
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
