  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von CNC-Schleifmaschinen (z.B. WALTER, Reinecker, Vollmer)
  • Fertigung und Nachschliff von Präzisionswerkzeugen aus Hartmetall (z.B. Fräser, Bohrer, Sonderwerkzeuge)
  • Qualitätskontrolle sowie Maßprüfung nach Zeichnung und Vorgaben
  • Optimierung und Anpassung von Schleifprogrammen
  • Pflege, Wartung und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Maschinen und Arbeitsmitteln
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Bereich
  • Erfahrung im CNC-Schleifen wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln sowie gutes technisches Zeichnungsverständnis
  • Präzise, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (je nach Einsatz)
