Bereichsaufgaben inkl. Führungsfunktionen:

  • Erstellung von CNC-Programmen direkt an Maschinen
  • Einrichtung der CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen
  • Start des ersten Produktionslaufs und Vermessung der Teile
  • Einsetzen der ausgewählten Werkzeuge in die Maschine
  • Überwachung und Optimierung des Produktionsprozesses für mehrere Mitarbeiter

Unsere Wünsche:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung
  • Vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit CNC Drehzentren und oder Fräszentren bzw. Ehrgeiz, sich darin weiterzuentwickeln (Einrichtung/Programmierung)
  • Idealerweise Programmierkenntnisse und Programmiererfahrung (Siemens, Heidenhain)
