  • Wir suchen einen engagierten CNC-Programmierer/ CAD-CAM Programmierer (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Aldenhoven. In dieser Rolle tragen Sie dazu bei, unsere hochautomatisierten Produktionsprozesse durch präzise Programmierung zu optimieren und unsere Qualitätsstandards zu sichern.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwickeln und optimieren von CAD- und CAM-Programmen für die Herstellung von Strangpresswerkzeugen.
  • Überwachen der Fertigungsprozesse und Anpassung der Programme zur Sicherstellung der Qualität.
  • Betreuung und Programmierung von 5-Achs-CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung komplexer 3D-Modelle mit Siemens NX unter Berücksichtigung technischer Anforderungen und Fertigungsprozesse
  • Dokumentation der Programmierarbeiten und Prozessänderungen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik oder vergleichbar.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in CAD-Software (z.B. AutoCAD).
  • gute Erfahrung mit CAM-Programmen (z.B. Siemens NX).
  • Sehr gute Deutsch & Englischkenntnisse
  • Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeit.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
