### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen für moderne Bearbeitungszentren
  • Einrichtung, Einfahren und Feinabstimmung der Maschinen bis zur Serienreife
  • Analyse von Fertigungsaufträgen sowie Umsetzung technischer Zeichnungen in effiziente Bearbeitungsstrategien
  • Auswahl geeigneter Werkzeuge und Festlegung optimaler Schnittparameter
  • Durchführung von Testläufen und Erstteilprüfungen
  • Prozessüberwachung und kontinuierliche Optimierung hinsichtlich Qualität, Taktzeit und Werkzeugstandzeit
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einrichtern und Maschinenbedienern
  • Dokumentation von Programmanpassungen und Fertigungsdaten

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich (z. B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Programmierung und Einrichtung von CNC-Maschinen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen sowie Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
