CNC Schleifer (Außen- und Innenrund)

  • Wir suchen engagierte CNC Schleifer (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für das Vorschleifen und Fertigschleifen von hydraulischen, hydro-mechanischen und mechanischen Spannwerkzeugen. Sie tragen dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden hochgenaue Spannmittel zur Fertigung Ihrer Werkstücke erhalten. Ihre Arbeit erfolgt in einem dynamischen Umfeld, in dem Präzision, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist geschätzt werden.

Aufgaben

  • Selbständiges Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC Maschinen
  • Innenrundschleifen an zyklengesteuerten Maschinen
  • Werkerselbstprüfung
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten und etwaiger Abweichungen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich (Zerspanungsmechaniker)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sorgfalt bei allen Arbeiten
