DEINE AUFGABE

  • Du richtest und bedienst CNC-Schleifmaschinen selbstständig.
  • Du fertigst präzise Bauteile nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsvorgaben.
  • Du wählst geeignete Schleifmittel, Spannmittel und Bearbeitungsparameter.
  • Du richtest Schleifscheiben ab und überwachst Verschleiß, Prozess und Bearbeitungsqualität.
  • Du führst notwendige Programm- und Prozesskorrekturen selbstständig durch.
  • Du prüfst deine Bauteile mit geeigneten Mess- und Prüfmitteln auf Maßhaltigkeit, Form, Toleranzen und Oberflächenqualität.
  • Du optimierst bestehende Abläufe, wenn sich ein Teil präziser, sicherer oder effizienter fertigen lässt.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst praktische Erfahrung im CNC-Schleifen mit.
  • Du kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und verstehst Maße, Passungen, Form- und Lagetoleranzen sowie Oberflächenangaben.
  • Du kennst dich mit Schleifmitteln, Abrichten, Spanntechnik und Bearbeitungsparametern aus.
  • Du beherrschst den sicheren Umgang mit präzisen Mess- und Prüfmitteln.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, konzentriert und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch.
