Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einrichtung, Steuerung und Bedienung von CNC-Dreh- oder Schleifmaschinen
  • Fertigung von hochpräzisen Bauteilen aus Metall für unterschiedliche Anwendungen
  • Qualitätskontrollen während und nach der Produktion, inklusive Maßprüfung
  • Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Kostenreduktion
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen, um eine reibungslose Produktion zu gewährleisten
  • Dokumentation von Messergebnissen und Produktionsabläufen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf, z. B. Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder CNC-Fachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehen oder Schleifen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Technisches Verständnis und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Eigenverantwortung und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2- oder 3-Schichtsystem je nach Abteilung
