AUFGABEN

  • Einstellen, Bedienen und Überwachen von Ultra präzisen CNC-Schleifmaschinen und -prozessen
  • Durchführung softwarebasierte Kompensationen, Korrekturen und messtechnischer Prüfungen sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Rüsten, Einstellen und Überwachen der Maschinen sowie Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien
  • Unterstützung bei Optimierungsprojekten und Sicherstellung hoher Maschinenverfügbarkeit
  • Technische Unterstützung der Operatoren und Pflege von Prozess- und Produktkennwerten im PPS/System

QUALIFIKATION

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich ( Feinwerk-, Zerspanungs- oder Industriemechaniker) sowie abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung (m/w/d)
  • Praxis in CNC-Schleifen, Erfahrung in Fräsen und Drehen von Vorteil
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie CNC-Softwarekenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu versetzten Schichten
