# CNC-Schleifer (m/w/d)

Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen aus dem Präzisionsmaschinenbau suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen CNC-Schleifer (m/w/d).

# Ihre Aufgaben:

Selbstständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Schleifmaschinen

Bedienung konventioneller Flachschleifmaschinen

Programmieren sowie Durchführen von Programmkorrekturen

Bearbeitung von Einzelteilen und Kleinstserien nach technischen Zeichnungen

Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Maßkontrollen

Sicherstellung der geforderten Qualitätsstandards im Fertigungsprozess

Wartung, Pflege und Instandhaltung der eingesetzten Maschinen

# Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)

Erfahrung im CNC-Schleifen

Kenntnisse im Flachschleifen sowie weiteren Schleifverfahren

Selbstständiges Rüsten, Einrichten und Programmieren von Schleifmaschinen

Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln

Erfahrung in der Einzelteil- oder Kleinstserienfertigung

Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Früh- und Spätschichtsystem
