Wir suchen einen erfahrenen CNC-Schleifer (m/w/d) für unseren Kunden in Korntal-Müchingen. Sie arbeiten dort an hochmodernen CNC-gesteuerten Doppelplanschleifmaschinen und bearbeiten hochwertige Produkte. Dabei sind Präzision und Sorgfalt gefragt, um optimale Ergebnisse sicherzustellen und Produktionsstandards zu erfüllen.

Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Einstellen, Bedienen und Rüsten von CNC-gesteuerten Doppelplanschleifmaschinen.
  • Laden, Korrigieren und Überwachen des CNC-Schleifprozesses von Sicherungsringen und Stanzteilen aus Metall.
  • Fehleranalyse im Falle von Störungen, durchführen kleinerer Reparaturarbeiten.
  • Reinigen Maschinen und Erfassung relevanter Prozessdaten.
  • Wartung, Instandhaltung und Pflege der Maschinen.
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2- oder 3-Schicht-System.

Das suchen wir

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen, vorzugsweise Doppelplanschleifmaschinen.
  • Technisches Wissen im Bereich Schleiftechnik und Maschinenwartung.
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-, Spät- oder Nachtschicht).
  • Gültige Arbeits- und Ausbildungszeugnisse in einem Metallberuf und erste Erfahrung im CNC-Flachschleifen.
