## Einblicke in Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld

  • Durchführung von mechanischen und/oder elektrischen Wartungs-, Service- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Organisation externer Servicemaßnahmen
  • Systematische Fehlersuche an über 40 CNC- und Roboterbearbeitungszentren verschiedener Hersteller
  • Bewertung von Störungsursachen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Fehlerbehebung
  • Identifikation und Festlegung der benötigten Ersatz- und Verschleißteile
  • Dokumentation von Fehlerbildern, Lösungen und durchgeführten Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Fräsprogrammen mit Tebis
  • Technischer Support

## Einblicke in Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare mechanische und/oder elektrische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Bereich CNC-Technik, Maschinenservice oder Instandhaltung
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und technisches Denkvermögen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten und Grundkenntnisse der Informationssicherheit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System bei entsprechendem Bedarf
