What You'll Do

• •Set up, adjust, and edit CNC programs for lathes, Swiss machines, and milling machines.
• •Use shop packages including manufacturing orders, routings, and blueprints to perform setups.
• •Install and secure tooling; set and adjust speeds and feed rates.
• •Operate CNC machines and monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency.
• •Inspect first-run and in-process parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• •Perform and document in-process inspections and quality checks.
• •Replace worn tools and ensure gauges and instruments are within calibration.
• •Support multiple machine operations simultaneously as required.
• •Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• •Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• •Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• •Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

What You'll Need

• •Minimum 2 years of CNC machining/setup experience.
• •High school diploma or GED required.
• •Knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes.
• •Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions.
• •Strong math skills (including fractions and decimals).
• •Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• •Basic computer skills.
• •Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.
