Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständiges Einrichten, Bedienen und Rüsten von CNC-Fräsmaschinen sowie CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Selbstständiges Erstellen, Optimieren und Anpassen von CNC-Programmen direkt an der Maschine oder über CAM-Systeme
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen, Prototypen sowie Klein- und Mittelserien nach Zeichnung
  • Auswahl und Vermessung von Werkzeugen
  • Durchführung von Programmkorrekturen und Prozessoptimierungen
  • Überwachung der Fertigungsqualität während des gesamten Bearbeitungsprozesses
  • Durchführung von Maßkontrollen mit gängigen Messmitteln
  • Wartung, Pflege und Instandhaltung der Maschinen im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen, Rüstzeiten und Bearbeitungsabläufen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen und/oder CNC-Drehen
  • Erfahrung mit HAAS-Steuerungen von Vorteil
  • Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CAM-Systemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Das zeichnet die Position besonders aus
  • Wir suchen einen erfahrenen CNC-Facharbeiter, der nicht nur Maschinen bedient, sondern den gesamten Fertigungsprozess verantwortet – von der Programmierung über das Einrichten bis hin zur qualitätsgerechten Fertigung der Bauteile. Eigeninitiative, technisches Verständnis und der Wille zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung sind für diese Position entscheidend.
