Gestalte Präzision – Deine Karriere in der CNC-Fertigung! Für ein erfolgreiches Produktionsunternehmen in Pößneck suchen wir engagierte Fachkräfte (m/w/d) für CNC-Fertigung. Du arbeitest an modernen Maschinen, steuerst eigenverantwortlich Fertigungsprozesse und erhältst ein attraktives Gehalt, Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld sowie weitere Mitarbeitervorteile.

Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC- und NC-Maschinen
  • Anpassung von Werkzeugen und Programmparametern für präzise Fertigung
  • Umsetzung von Produktionsplänen und Bereitstellung der Werkzeuge nach Vorgaben
  • Kontrolle der gefertigten Teile auf Maßhaltigkeit und Qualität
  • Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Zerspanungstechnik oder Metallbearbeitung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
